Easy parking; just by access to lift to 1st Floor.
Easy access to beautiful beach - and sundown.
Marina is yet to be opened again; but lack of boat traffic gave abundance of wildlife; birds in particular.
2 x bathrooms.
Nicely refurbished. Comfortable.
Helpful Managing Agents.
Large easily accessible swimming pool.
Had trouble with the padlock to release the garden/beach furniture - us European's (me specifically) have never encountered what the US seem to call 'combination school padlock' and couldn't fathom out how to open it, despite internet instructions. The Managing Agents came to our assistance.
