Experience the nicest remodeled & decorated coastal 1-bedroom 2-bathroom villa on Captiva! Designed for ultimate relaxation with great bayside water views, all within the South Seas gated community. The villa come with a huge pool, hot tub, 5-minute walk to the beach, free parking, free high-speed internet, free bikes, free parking. No add-on or resort fee here!
The villa has a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king bed, living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, to accommodate guests.
The space:
Bayside Condo: Step onto your private, screened lanai and be instantly enchanted by the quiet and serene bay views. Imagine savoring your morning coffee with the sunrise painting the water, or relaxing in the pleasant sun for some peaceful downtime.
Contemporary Costal Condo:
Inside, a coastal island feel welcomes you with a generously sized living area, appointed with new furnishings, including a fireplace! – the perfect spot to unwind after a day of island adventures.
Culinary Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary tastes, complete with all necessary appliances and cookware. Enjoy your homemade delights at the causal dining table or opt for an al fresco experience on your Bay-view lanai.
Peaceful Slumber:
The primary bedroom offers a New cool memory foam mattress on a plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, complemented by 2 convenient full bathrooms full equipped with great tropical toiletries provided.
Convenience at Hand: Benefit from easy elevator access to your unit and on-site, pay-per-use laundry facilities. Stay connected with complimentary wireless internet access.
Association Amenities:
Indulge in a refreshing swim in the large heated community pool & hot tub, wet a line in the Marina or channel or simply bask in the glorious Florida sunshine by the Gulf.

While this private Condo does not include access to the broader South Seas Resort amenities, There are many great restaurants, island style shopping, boating adventures, to discover on a short walk outside the gate of the South Seas. Everything is walkable, we are in the most South end of the South Seas closest to the heart of Captiva. Additional great features we offer for free with the Condo is a full set of beach amenities, beach chairs with umbrella, towels and beach cooler. Also we provide to 2 beach cruiser style bikes free of charge and onsite for immediate use!

Please take note, Captiva is still in the process of rejuvenation. The great news is that our Condo faces the bayside water so it peaceful and noise free in the Condo and Lanai!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the villa! It had everything you could need, right down to a lint roller. The villa was very clean when we arrived, and the bedding and bath linens were all fresh and comfortable. It’s in a great location - tenish minute walk to the restaurants and general store, five or so minutes to the beach. John was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again! We didn’t use the pool (we’re beach people), but it is right outside of the villa.

The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t see a tea kettle listed, so I inquired and one was there when we checked in. Very appreciated! The beach items and bikes were great. It was a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Every thing about this Villa was excellent. The owners have done a great job remodeling. The location is great. The bikes and beach equipment were a great resource. The beach is a mere 5 min walk and Captiva dining locations 10 min. The pool was very clean and so were the outdoor grills.

Beautiful condo in a great location. There was a short walk to the beach. A little longer walk to restaurants, but still not far. Everything we needed was included...fully equipped kitchen, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and even a wagon to cart everything to the beach. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.
