She’s a freshly decorated two-bedroom island hideaway with two king beds, plus extra space for bonus humans who never want to leave. Two blocks from Captiva Village, steps from the beach, and zero stoplights between you and total relaxation — Pearl operates on island time only. Mornings are for coffee on the balcony, afternoons are for sunscreen and beach life, and evenings are for sunsets and the picture perfect golden hour. Pearl is breezy, tropical, peaceful… and just close enough to the action in Captiva Village. The village has live music and lantern-lit restaurants. Pearl will become your favorite vacation spot to repeat every year!

Bright and open layout: The kitchen, living room, and dining area flow together seamlessly, creating the ideal space for hanging out, sharing meals, and laughing.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The two bedrooms feature a king-size bed and closet space to hang clothes, store luggage, etc. The full bath includes amenities, the half bath is where the washer/dryer are located.
Balcony:
Spacious and relaxing: Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks outside overlooking the tropical vegetation and beautiful palm trees!
Front yard:
Fun in the sun (and shade!): Play a round of mini golf under the tall palm trees! Friends and family can BBQ and relax in chairs while they talk, watch, laugh, and judge each other's skill.
Under the duplex:
Beach chairs and cart. Shibumi (shade canopy) stored inside duplex closet. Walk 2 minutes to the beach and set up camp!
