The apartment is located very well, in the old city center, near to the regular attractions: Fontana del Nettuno, Mercato di Mezze, Towers of Bologna, etc.
It is big enough, well equipped, has a separate single bed, so it can accommodate 3 persons. For few days of staying it can cover all the needs.
The communication with the host was not that good, he said no to all of our requests: so make sure you take into consideration the check in/check out hours are not flexible at all, you cannot leave your baggage in advance, etc.
The wi-fi is not working as expecting, it disconnects frequently and is not working in the entire apartment.
The bed, actually the sofa, is not that comfortable, for longer staying I don't recommend.
It is located at the 3rd floor, without an elevator, so take that into consideration if you have heavy baggage or anything else.
