Location, clean and spacious for a long weekend.
Could be noisy at times due to location but not a massive problem. Toaster broken which was very disappointing.

The location was great, across the street from the botanical gardens and at the crossroad of Byres Road and Great Western Road. I stayed for a week and was very comfortable. The management company was very helpful with a few issues I had. Good value for money.

The location was excellent. It’s right in the west end and close to a lot of main attractions, cafes, and restaurants. Also a safe area to be in.
There were several things that made my score lower. Cleanliness was not great. There were clear marks on multiple tables that could have been easily cleaned, but weren’t. The oven was dirty, with crumbs and food on the bottom pan. I would have expected something like this to be cleaned. They were were also dusty areas in places that are easy to reach and wipe. The toaster was also broken and when reported I did not hear back.
There was no toilet paper provided. I asked them and they said there should be. I looked all over the place and there was none. I would have expected the host to make some effort to get there with some.
I cleaned up and took the trash out. There was no light outside, so it was almost pitch black. I ended up slipping outside while taking the trash out and then I was locked out the back door. So I had to go out the back and walk around half the block to get back.
