Quick communications when arriving late, not a major issue. I didn't see an email or message with the lockbox code.
Not much to not like. Nice apartment in a good lcoation for us (10 minutes from the BMX arena). Didn't realise that it was still lived in, lots of food in the cupboards! Very well stocked kitchen and a nice view of the gardens below.
