Welcome to your home port for the next few days. Come on, put your vehicle in the parking lot no. 4 and enter our little holiday oasis.
Shopping, strolling to the beach, cafes, restaurants and cinema are within easy walking distance and so you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer on the terrace in the evening sun. In our apartment on the ground floor with terrace you are guaranteed to feel well. It has 2 rooms, shower room and is ideal for 2 + 1 persons. It is senior-friendly, family-friendly and barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available. The apartment has a parking space on the barred off with yard area, a shared bicycle storage and a laundry room with laundromat and dryer in the basement. Your home port is available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm (until 4.00 pm) and on the day of departure until 10.00 am.
Bed linen and towels can be rented. The final cleaning and the house service you pay locally with 65 euros.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in super zentraler Lage. Wir haben einen sehr guten angenehmen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung und in Zinnowitz/ Usedom erlebt. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen

Das Objekt ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, für 2 Leute absolut ausreichend.Nur der Check in war eine einzige Katastrophe. Der Hausmeister mit dem Schlüssel war über eine Stunde telephonisch nicht zu erreichen. Wenn man stundenlang im Stau gestanden hat, nervt das gewaltig.Wenn man sowieso den Schlüssel über einen Code bekommt, Kästchen hing an der Tür, könnte man den Schlüsselcode doch schon vor der Anreise mitgeteilt bekommen. Das würde den Check in deutlich verbessern. Die Rückgabe erfolgte ja auch auf gleichem Weg. Etwas unpraktisch war das kleine Induktionskochfeld. Wenn man beide Zonen benutzte schaltete es sich automatisch immer ab.Ansonsten war alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, das einzige was fehlte war ein Küchensieb.Die Wohnung als solches würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
