The cozy Vacation Apartment 8 is located on the first floor and sleeps 4 people. The 38 m² space includes a living room with an integrated sleeping area and an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features a rooftop terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the beautiful weather right outside your door. The living room is equipped with a cozy seating area, a TV, an integrated sleeping area (2 single beds, 90x200), and free Wi-Fi. The state-of-the-art built-in kitchen with a seating area features a stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a refrigerator without a freezer, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals during your vacation. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180x200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The free parking space is located to the right of the house.
Pets are allowed for a fee.
Villa West consists of two houses with a total of seven residential units. It is located on a quiet side street in Zinnowitz, close to the town center. The vacation apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished.
Entire floors or, optionally, an entire house with the corresponding living units can be rented.
