Villa West consists of two buildings with a total of seven residential units. It is located on a quiet side street in Zinnowitz, close to the town center. The vacation apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished.
You can rent entire floors or, if you prefer, an entire house with the corresponding living units.
With over 1,900 hours of sunshine, the island of Usedom is one of the sunniest islands in Germany. Zinnowitz, which is over 700 years old and has a seaside resort tradition dating back more than 160 years, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses with impressive architecture were built, which, together with the spacious promenade, create a unique atmosphere.
