The two holiday apartments of different sizes are located separately in a holiday home on a 600 sqm fully fenced property within a quiet residential area. The Baltic Sea beach and the village centre with restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of approx. 500 m. The large holiday apartment (DZV675) on the ground floor has a size of 110 sqm and is suitable for max. 7 people + infant. This smaller apartment is located in the basement, is 52 square metres in size and is suitable for a maximum of 3 people. There is a furnished terrace or covered outdoor seating area, barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles, a small children's playground and car park. A high chair and cot can be provided for small children. W-Lan is also available. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. A small dog is allowed in this property. The holiday apartment is located in the basement. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV), a bedroom (1 double bed, 1 upholstered couch), a kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with hot food and grill function, various kitchen appliances) and a modern bathroom with shower/WC.
