My family had a wonderful time during our 13 days stay at this hotel. The location is very close to the railway station, which made it very convenient for us to travel to any of the main destinations around Tokyo. The host always answered our questions and helped us. He was very polite and kind to us. We felt safe. The house has everything you need for living. Everything matches the description. The house is clean. I recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy area to relax in after exploring Tokyo. Lido East Shinagawa is perfect for that. A special thanks to the host for his generous hospitality. Everything
No slippers and the house was cold till the air conditioning kicked in ( this is the only criticism my family who live in Japan had, I didn’t have any issue about this )
