房间很多，面积大，活动起来非常舒服。地理位置在安静的小街道，住的很舒服，但同时离两条电车线的车站很近，分别走路4分钟和6分钟，所以非常方便。内部用品比较齐全，卫生也很干净。房主回复消息很快，沟通起来很顺畅

如果可以安装遮光窗帘，会让睡眠更好

这座房屋地理位置好，离车站很近，街区安静舒适，面积大，设备完善，房屋布局合理，还有免费车位提供，非常适合家庭使用。特别是厨房的灶具和餐具，非常好用，完全可以满足喜欢自己烹饪的客人。

唯一不喜欢的是窗帘，用的是透光的提花布料，不遮光。

La casa es muy amplia y está equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos. Ademas la ubicación es excelente al tener el metro a dos calles y lleno de opciones de restauración alrededor. Muy recomendable.

We loved the location!

I'm from California, and frequent customer of the Air BnB model. This was a surprise at Shinagawa Wisteria Residence. They were not deceptive or untruthful, just not what I was accustomed to. For example: a coffee maker, some condiments to cook with, and not so many conditions to operate under. Trash, visitors, food waste etc. these are caveats that people need to be aware of. These issues may not be issues for some travelers, but disrupted some plans that we were hoping to enjoy in Japan. The staircase is steep to take luggage to bedrooms upstairs, and shower is downstairs. There is no dryer, only a washer. The internet is problematic, and took a couple days to figure out through many chats and emails. There is a camera at the front door to monitor the number of people coming and going. Buyer beware to read ALL the conditions and fine print.
