Very comfortable property for our family. Lovely balcony to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

This property is in a neighborhood, away from crowds and tourists. It is a quiet neighborhood, aside from occasional vehicle noise. The JY Line was close by (about a 7 minute walk) and easy to travel with to get to many other popular areas in Tokyo. The property was clean, spacious, looked nice, and had amenities we were hoping for, including air conditioning, a washing machine, television, and iron. We stayed on the top floor that has a wonderful, large outside deck, with views to enjoy, abundant seating, a small grill, table, and carpeting. Inside the property has bedroom closets, blankets if needed, a portable fan, and indoor slippers. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Additionally, the property is in a convenient location with a variety of food options, convenience stores, and markets. One of our favorite places to eat was Hoshino Coffee for breakfast and dinner, which is about a three minute walk from the property. Overall, this was is a roomy, nice place to relax and a "get away from the crowds" property. I contacted the host via email and a telephone call with some questions. He was was very responsive, pleasant, and promptly answered all of our questions. He also sent a welcome email and another couple to check in on us to see if we needed anything. The host also provided extra conveniences like umbrellas for rainy days, as well as offering housekeeping services and towel replacements. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and interacting with the host. Everything exceeded our expectations.

It was our first time visiting Japan, so it was initially challenging to figure out the exact address. We contacted the property host, who was very responsive in helping us, and kind. He also helped answer other questions such as how to operate the water temperature control unit. Our suggestion for the host to consider for the property is extra towel bars or hooks to hang the towels on, or to hang clean clothes on for after showers or baths. This would be especially useful in the shower/sink area. Another one is some kind of curtains or shades for the kitchen area that can be pulled open in the day or closed at night to keep things dark for sleeping. The sun rises much earlier compared to where we are from.
