We stayed for 3 weeks. Great location, clean apartment, good size for Tokyo, safe neighbourhood, kid- and dog-friendly. We don't have our dog with us, but there are 3 pet grooming/boarding cages within a 1-minute walk from the apartment. We love our early morning walk with the kids, seeing all these well-groomed, friendly small dogs. Location is perfect. Senzoku is on the Mita line, stopping at the Otemachi station, where many financial services are based. Travelling south, one train gets you to Yokohama in 30 minutes! A 10-minute walk on a mainly residential road gets you to a Sento that stays open until 2am. Great after a long day. The door code system is great. We had relatives and a nanny staying nearby, and they could let themselves in. Well-equipped full kitchen with a blender (great for toddler food) and cooking utensils. The under-counter fridge-freezer serves its purpose well. Only 4 of us stayed in the flat. We slept in the two rooms with beds and used the tatami room as a kids' playroom. The tatami room, however, does not come with AC. It works well in the winter but not in the summer. Very spacious for Tokyo. Lateral living is perfect for toddlers, so you don't have to worry about them falling down the stairs. It comes with cleaning equipment such as a hoover, a floor mop, and bin bags.

The WiFi in the rooms was not great, which made it difficult to use them for work. We work at night remotely. Both of us had to sit in the lounge, which was fine when we weren't on calls. It can be challenging when we have to be on calls. Recommend bringing your own WiFi extender or cables. They were building a house right next to this apartment. The construction noise was audible during the day. Again, it didn't affect us much as we were out during the day.

広くて快適でした。駅からも近く都内に行くにもよかったです！部屋にはそれぞれエアコンがありました。また利用したいと思いました。

宿泊した時がちょうど隣が工事中で、工事の音が家の中に響くほどうるさかったです。 バスタオルが生乾きの臭いがしました。

お部屋はとても綺麗でした。そして、駅近、買い物便利、お部屋に関しては大変満足でし。楽しいひとときを過ごせました。

ですが、入室に大変困難しました。前日に、予約番号と暗証番号が送られてきたので、それで入室できるものかと思っていましたが、入室暗証番号は別だったのですね。。カスタマーセンターに連絡し、なんとか入室できましたが（カスタマーセンターの電話番号を探すにも一苦労） 入室後、前日に送っていただいたメールをひとつひとつ確認しましたが（複数で確認しました。）入室暗証番号のメールはきていませんでした。（カスタマーセンターの方からの転送メールは届きました）
