Lovely gem in a convenient location
Despite being described as cosy, we found the accommodation spacious. Quiet area and well located for both the town centre and old town stevenage. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa and chair in lounge area. Access to Netflix was a lovely treat as we don't have that at home :)
Blackout blind in master bedroom would be helpful as the current blind lets in a fair bit of light in the mornings.

Potentially nice, but very disappointing
There was good parking inside a small group of houses
It sort of looked like the pictures but on closer inspection, all a bit rushed and cheap. Walking in to see an airer full of wet washing was not a good look. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding cheap and well used and thrown together. We felt the need to find another bottom sheet to sleep on. We were late arriving due to problems at Heathrow and picking up car. We kept host informed but she rushed an intro when we got there. Potentially a nice flat but needs a lot more thought and attention to detail and New Beds/mattreses and linens...most important part of a stay!!!

Very clean and well presented with excellent facilities and well equipped. Comfortable and quiet and perfect for a family stay. Parking free and off road.
We weren’t able to get in and out of the downstairs door downstairs and couldn’t find the intercom button.

The property was very clean, quiet, warm and in a great location. I felt right at home. I would defiantly stay again and I do recommend it.
