Modern, clean flat

The location was very central. The apartment was practical and furnished in a modern manner. It was wheelchair accessible by lift. All mod cons in the kitchen including dishwasher.

We found access to the apartment rather stressful as we were initially given the wrong key code in the main information and although this was covered off later in the What's App messages, it would have been better to have been amended in the original script. Also, there were so many security doors to get to the apartment which was tedious. The car parking was expensive and had to be made via the parking app but there were plenty of spaces.

Well located , comfortable apartmrnt .

Good hosts who gave the extra hospitality touch. We could walk to restaurants in the old city, and Tesco was just an 8min walk away.

the owner was brilliant and very helpful, theres a lovely high st with bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the apartment is modern and spotless, very comfortable beds, very relaxing. 10 out of 10..excellent

paying for parking was a bit disappointing 😞 but thats out of the owners hands..

Lovely and spacious apartment, I’d definitely recommend it :)

The flat is lovely and the Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch as was the load of bread and tub of butter

Shower was very scaly. I had to clean the scale off the rubber myself for it to work nicely. Middle door in the communal area had a temperamental lock that didn’t work all the time

Property manager met us outside the complex. She then guided us through the use of the key fob and getting into the flat.

Mattresses are harder than we like. Key fob didn't always work, however the property manager was very sympathetic and was happy to help us out.

Excellent place for a short and long stay

Cozy apartment, full of light and has everything you need to stay comfortable away from home. The hostess is very welcoming, was waiting to give me the keys and show around. She even took care of some items in the fridge to make the stay more comfortable. The flat is spacious, sparkling clean, 5 min drive to Science park and 10 min walk to train station and shops, perfect for business and leisure visits.

Toast & jam ok!

Couch was uncomfortable, everything else was good! Stayed for 2 night, didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we were visiting are family. Beds were comfortable and shower was good!

I book week on week at this property for our gents when they work away in the area (business trips). They have nothing but good comments about their stay every single time, they always get a very warm welcoming on arrival and communication is always fantastic with Nicky between the guys and with myself when booking. would highly recommend! :) Leah @ Landfill Projects
