Absolutely Fantastic!

Park Villa was fantastic! Great location, clean and comfortable with ample space for a family of five. Hosts were extremely accommodating and were readily available to quickly address any questions and issues. The heating worked perfectly during the cold Christmas holiday season to keep us warm. Great design with the skylights in the living room, bathroom and lovely views of the park. Would have loved to be here in the summer to make use of the lovely large backyard which would be perfect for a BBQ. Will most definitely stay here again next time we visit the Stevenage area.

The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how easy everything was during the month.

Brilliant property. Nice location.

We had a great stay at this place. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms were really convenient. The location was perfect – quiet and family-friendly, with a lovely park just at the door step. Parking driveway was a big plus. Small supermarket, a pub and takeaways in walking distance. Big supermarkets and Stevenage leisure centre with plenty of restaurants and entertainment venues in a short 3 mins drive. We had a perfect stay. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely location, spacious accommodation, no problems at all

This property in Stevenage was very easy to navigate to, just a short 3 mins drive from town centre, or a 15 to 20 mins walk (for train station etc). Nearby, in a 5 mins walk there is a small supermarket, and a couple of pubs and takeaways for food. Also easy for all the food deliveries apps to reach you. Great communication from the host. It's a charming cottage style house in a peaceful neighbourhood with modern amenities, lovely aesthetics, private driveway and plenty of parking space. Well maintained garden and the views to the park was amazing. (Especially the sunrise view from the bedroom window) Fairlands park and lakes are just a short walk from here. All in-house equipment are well thought-out, good quality and easy to use, worked exactly as expected. The sheets were pristine white and clean. Everyone was very comfortable and happy during our stay. Overall, great value for money.
