Was perfect for our overnight stay before a family event.

Good communication. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Towels provided. Hairdryer provided. Was ideal for our overnight stay. Plenty of hanging space in the bedrooms for clothing.

Only a minor grumble but only 1 bedroom upstairs has a mirror. The other 2 rooms would benefit from one.

Great location and close to some lovely parks, good supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The house was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed

Loads of room for 7 people, lovely spacious garden with outdoor seating.

We were only here overnight, visiting family. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen was large and the garden was lovely … nice place for our coffee on Sunday morning. TVs in every bedroom was unexpected, although we didn’t have time to enjoy this facility.

The cot for our one year old was not at the property. Frank kindly called me, even though he wasn’t in the country. I was able to borrow one from my sister so it wasn’t a problem. The bannister at the top of the stairs was coming away from the wall.

When we arrived the cleaner was still at the property ( check in 2pm we arrived at 3.30pm ) When the cleaner left we found A green mouldy sandwash in a wardrobe , Wet washing on a clothes airer ( one tea towel in the place and wet ) Over flowing ashtray on patio table, Body hair in bathroom, and generally the house was dirty. Will be speaking to booking.com regards a refund!

Good location for our trip. Easy entry process. Good sized bedrooms and beds.

There was a security light outside that kept on coming on during the night (it was very bright) and it also seemed to come on when we entered the kitchen. There wasn’t a towel available for each person staying, but we overcame that.

Huge house, peaceful location. Beds were so comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional. Host was super responsive when had tiny issue with a smoke alarm, sorted instantly on messaging. We would definitely return whenever we need to be in the area. 10/10 from us

was working a short distance away from the property which was a bonus,the house is on a quiet estate great nights sleep,ideal for our party of 4,the house was very clean and had everything we needed,co op supermarket a very short drive away,but loads of take aways that deliver to this address,overall perefect for what we needed

Two couples staying whilst attending local charity event so the property was just what we needed

Great facilities and very clean. Good to have two bathrooms with excellent showers and products

Parking was a little restricted for two large cars as house was on typical modern housing estate where developers /planners haven’t really allowed enough space for the number of cars occupants have in each property

We were visiting friends in the area, and were extremely happy with the accommodation.

Fully equipped house with all mod cons and well presented, clean and comfy. Wifi is fabulous. Peaceful location. Definitely recommend.
