Book your next Florida beach getaway at this beautiful Ormond Beach home! Just a short stroll from the sand, the home includes a wagon and assorted gear for added beachgoing convenience. Completed in 2017, the single-level interior comes thoughtfully appointed for comfortable modern living. The fully enclosed backyard offers a private slice of sun-soaked paradise complete with a furnished patio & newly added putting-green with artificial turf! North Peninsula State Park is just over three miles north of the home and popular Daytona Beach is a 16-mile drive south.
The home has everything you need for a carefree vacation with home essentials including a well-appointed full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom includes its own smart TV and a private en suite bathroom. Please note, the available bunk bed is outfitted with child size mattress and meant for use by children.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We stayed for 2 months and were very pleased with the house, the yard, and the location. The house is exactly as advertised and the beach is a short walk away. The back yard is fully gated so our fur baby could sit outside with us without being leashed. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the internet works great (I work from home), and it’s just a short drive to restaurants, Publix and Daytona. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Terrapin Station! The property was exactly as described in the listing, and had everything we needed, even a beach wagon, towels and umbrellas! The location was perfect for our needs - it felt quiet and secluded, but still a very short walk to the beach. There is also a bar/restaurant within walking distance right on the beach. (But far enough away that you cannot hear it) The hosts Kirk and Jessica were very polite and responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ormond by the sea!
