A lease agreement and a separate $500 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 23 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement, and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Pool heating fee of $25 per night is charged separately after booking if pool heating is chosen for the duration of your stay. No partial stay heating options. Pool is only available for heating from October 1 to April 1.
When there are extreme low temperatures, it is likely the pool heater will not be able to keep up as they are not designed for extreme temperatures. There will not be refunds if the pool is unable to maintain the heated temp as that is outside of our control.
