Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Aquarius Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, on-site coin laundry on every floor, steam rooms, BBQ area, shuffle board, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space.
Directly across the street from Aquarius Condominiums is Dollar General which is the perfect spot for quick groceries and beach necessities. Directly next door to Aquarius Condominiums is Tom Renick oceanfront park. This park includes a picnic area, parking, restrooms, and even a playground! Just down the road is a remodeled shopping center including Publix Supermarket, Publix Liquors, banks, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, and a Chinese restaurant just to name a few. Within quick walking distance of the condo is Stavro's Pizza House, Beach Side Brew Pub, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants.
Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events.

The oceanfront primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower/tub combo and a separate vanity and toilet closet. The oceanfront guest bedroom can sleep up to 6 guests! It holds a queen bed and a twin/queen bunk bedroom with a twin trundle bed. The adjacent full guest bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower.
Step onto your private balcony and into your secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony affords you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony includes plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the ocean waves below.
This unit is directly across from the shared coin laundry facility for added convenience.
There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. My wife and I have been vacationing yearly in Ormond Beach. This is the first time we’ve stayed at this condo but the second time in this particular building. Hands down this has been the best condo we’ve stayed in! The most comfortable furniture, most comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens, clean and of course the gorgeous ocean front view with comfy outdoor furniture. Easy check in and check out! We love this particular building because of how well maintained the pool area is compared to others. We were shocked to see some of the comments in other reviews which are the polar opposite of how we feel. If you’ve had experience staying in other condos, you’d definitely appreciate that this condo is top tier! Can’t wait to make our way back at the end of the year!

Very nice. It is a lot darker inside than the pictures show. The 7th floor view was spectacular. It was clean and met all my needs except the pool was closed for 2 weeks during the warmest part of my stay. Was only able to use it once. The condo is close to everything and on a nice, quiet beach. I would stay there again.

This was an amazing trip, our host kept in contact with us making sure everything was going well and if we needed anything! Property looked just like the photos advertised and even more! There was a little construction being done but that didn’t interrupt with our stay! We will most definitely be booking here again!

I can understand why there hasn’t been any reviews on this property. While the condo itself was nice once you stepped outside it was like every move you made was scrutinized. The pool was very nice but the water was so cold no one got in it. We checked in on Saturday and didn’t even attempted getting in the pool until Monday. There was one person, my husband and myself sitting around the pool. I had brought a float down so I decided to get in and read my book. Within five minutes a woman came outside and said floats were not allowed. Again I’m 73 and no one else was in the pool. When I got out a couple with their granddaughter said you have to love the pool police. They said the owners sit on their balconies and call management. There was an older woman who came out every day and exercised for an hour. We believe she was the pool police. On Thursday afternoon a young couple came out with their baby. The water had warmed enough that it was tolerable. They got in the pool and then the wife got out. The husband asked the wife to get him a drink. She got a drink and sat it down on the ledge so her husband could reach it. Within 15 seconds that woman yelled to them that drinks were not allowed on the ledge. The husband looked at me while his wife retrieved the drink and said we weren’t going to leave it there. I just wanted a drink. The beach was covered in seaweed the entire time. It stunk!! This was not anyone’s fault but I’m not sure why the county didn’t cleanup at least once
