About this house rental
Welcome to our spacious 1,650 SQ private home with a private pool located on the peninsula in Ormond by the Sea. 4 minutes walk to the beach going East. 4 minutes walk to the Intercostal Waterway going West.
Our place is just 30 minutes drive from Daytona International Airport and 10 minutes drive from downtown Daytona.
You can be in Orlando to visit the world class parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) within 90 minutes.
The home is situated in a safe, residential neighborhood, has screened swimming pool in the private backyard and lots of charm to help you enjoy your stay.
This house is great for couples, groups of friends and families.
The property has it all.. tile flooring, flat screen TV's and comfortable furnishings.
Our cozy and inviting 3 bedrooms,2 bath house is a great choice for your travels.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed & a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and bath tub.
There are two guest rooms-one with 1 queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. We also have a trundle bed that folds out to a king size bed .Bath towels and linens are provided.
Our floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms are nestled down the hall from the main area. Perfect for when kids are sleeping; parents can continue the fun!
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a home cooked meal.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Our driveway is about 30 feet long and 17 feet wide. You can also use the garage, which can fit a medium-sized truck.
Ready to relax? Swim in our pool & get some sun.

We chose this area because I have friends that live nearby.My buddy and I are avid sports fans and looked forward to watching the NFL playoffs together. We were upset to discover that we couldn't watch most of the games because there was only a Roku device, no cable TV package. Being from Canada any streaming services we had back home were not accessible from the USA. I never imagined that this would be an issue.Next time we rent a VRBO it will be at the top of my list of questions

The house and pool are great. The house has plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach. Quite neighborhood. Check in/out is very simple. Would definitely stay here again.
