- Close to metro station, Walmart - Washing machine (but it's noisy when in operation), microwave oven, stovetop, hot water - Good and stable internet connection over WiFi - Roku Smart TV (basic viewing, no premium or paid channel) - The posted photos presented the apartment truthfully although it was not as shiny and clean as shown

- It's an old apartment so everything and every corner is not squeaky clean (pans, pots, windows, bedding, …) I had to wash and cleanse those I needed - Insects found within bedsheet, and in washroom, mosquitos (had to keep the windows closed) - Filthy futon - Various noises heard throughout the day: . apartment is next to elevator, mechanical noise traversed through the wall (sounds like something knocking and prying the main door!) . from unit above (pet dog moving) . loud electric fan (if turn on) . traffic (I am alright with this noise level but that is one thing to take note) - fridge not cooling, and the host contacted technician to resolve the problem, although it took 3 days - old run-down apartment building, environment & surrounding The stay is bearable but should be at lower price range.
