Might as well stay at an actual hotel, this place was not very nice and overpriced.

I had a private room and there was a small kitchen in the room. The bed was comfortable and the place was cleaned well. There was warm water. Fairly quiet at night. The wifi worked most of the time but, if you are working I would not recommend it.

The dishes in the room were not clean. The sinks barely worked. It was pricier to stay here than at an actual hotel and at the hotel they will hold your things without asking for a fee. The area is not so nice, prostitutes hang out around the next street.

Good value accommodation but be aware of the noise levels at certain times of the year!

Good value for money, very helpful host, comfortable and great location near to public transport.

The noisiest place I’ve ever stayed in. This was due to the new year holiday with the biggest ‘fun’fair on the doorstep. Like trying to rest in a noisy nightclub between 6:30 and midnight everyday. I gather it was there for 8 days only, so not usually that loud. Without the noise I’d have rated it much higher.

Muy bonito el diseño interior del edificio, la terraza muy práctica.

El portero de los departamentos era algo prepotente, la presión del agua era descontinua y el baño dentro del loft resultaba algo incómodo.

Los vigilantes, muy buenas personas y siempre atentos, al igual que todo el personal de servicio.

No funcionaba la regadera, en el sanitario de repente llega un olor muy fuerte a drenaje y la ubicación es un poco peligrosa. Pensé que al estar en una zona cercana a una delegación sería muy tranquila.

No lo recomiendo, lo único positivo es que es central pero en mi percepción no me sentí seguro.

No me gustó la zona, ya que en la cuadra aledaña hay bastante actividad relacionada con la prostitución y presencia de habitantes de calle. En lo personal, no me sentí seguro. El anfitrión olvidó dejar la llave, pero por suerte el portero encontró el alojamiento abierto; de no ser así, no sé cuánto tiempo habría tenido que esperar. El alojamiento tiene varios aspectos por mejorar: • Limpieza: en la ducha los azulejos estaban sucios y con presencia evidente de moho. • Agua: al descargar el inodoro, el agua del lavamanos salía blanca, y el agua de la cocina tenía un sabor extraño. En la ducha, además, el agua tenía un comportamiento irregular: a ratos salía con mucha fuerza y en otros momentos muy lentamente. • Confort: hacía mucho calor, solo había un ventilador de techo que hacía bastante ruido y se movía demasiado. La cama también crujía con cada movimiento. • Equipamiento: la estufa no funcionó; el anfitrión me dijo que era por el tipo de sartén, lo cual me resultó poco práctico. • Servicios: el segundo día, al llegar, no había luz por una falla masiva, lo que me obligó a pasar únicamente una noche en el lugar. Otro punto a mejorar es la distribución del baño (sanitario, lavamanos y ducha), que no resulta cómoda. Además, durante la noche se escucha demasiado ruido: conversaciones en la calle, personas pasando y el sonido de las máquinas de bombeo de agua. Lo positivo es la buena actitud del anfitrión, quien siempre estuvo pendiente y, finalmente, accedió a reintegrar el dinero de las noches que no pude quedarme. En conclusión, aunque el anfitrión es amable y atento, considero que el lugar requiere muchas mejoras para brindar una estadía cómoda y segura. Personalmente no lo recomiendo; creo que es mejor invertir un poco más y alojarse en un lugar donde realmente se pueda estar cómodo y tranquilo.

Muchos puntos positivos. Solo lo de las bombas de agua fue molesto.

La ubicación es excelente. Las áreas comunes, geniales: gimnasio y alberca, inmejorables. Las salitas afuera de los cuartos, muy padres y acogedoras. El área de mesas igual. El señor que nos recibió y las señoras que limpian, muy lindos y amables.

El check inn fue regular porque habíamos acordado con el anfitrión una hora, 2pm, excepcionalmente. Y cuando llegamos nadie sabía nada de eso. Como que la comunicación no fue buena entre ellos. Algo muy desagradable es el ruido de las bombas de agua. Es contínuo y muy fuerte. Se encienden cada que alguien consume agua en el edificio y duran así de 5 a 15 o 20 min. Por la noche en particular, es muy latoso y si tienes el sueño ligero, NO podrás dormir. Podrían programarlas para que se enciendan temprano en la mañana y para cuando el nivel realmente esté muy bajo, no para que funcionen todo el tiempo.
