Location was great. Lots of piping hot water. Cool communal feel to the building. Nice comfy bed. The bistro downstairs does great food and coffee.
The pool could do with a clean. People smoking in the gym/kitchen on the roof.

The property is located within walking distance of the main public transport.
Isn't no a confortable place for long stay. It's a little small place, really small.
Maybe the property is overvalue by the zone, but not by the services and so on.
The security guard isn't necessarily a gentile man.
