Good location, great shared spaces and comfortable bed

Good location, near coffee shops. Lovely internal lounge in building, pool and gym. Great laundry in building with big washer and dryer. Ok size unit, and kitchen facilities. Big share kitchen down stairs but no utensils there at all. Had issue with wifi - immediately fixed.

Had issue with hot water sometimes not there, also leak under bathroom sink. Biggest issue was bright outdoor lights on All night and curtains weren’t very good - would suggest getting black out curtains

Unfortunately we checked out after our first night as the room was not up to the standard depicted online. Examples of which include the mattress being awful and needing replacing as well as there being no sofa, no storage space for clothes and a bathroom in very poor conditions with tired towels. Still no response from the host on a refund.

all in all, would recommend! great value for money

lovely communal areas inside and out. we loved hanging out on the rooftop, I worked from there too and the wifi was more than sufficient. the rooms are basic but have everything you need with your own kitchenette and bathroom. really clean. the location is great, lots to see and do on foot.

we stayed over new years weekend so it was quite loud in the room, not very soundproof but we did go at a very lively time of year.

Good

The location was perfect, it was a 5min walk to the bus station and metro station. There was a cute little cafe next door that had delicious breakfasts and drinks. The doorman was friendly and was there 24/7 whih made me feel more secure and safe at the property. The rooftop area was really cool.

The bathroom could've been a little cleaner. More plugs available on the rooftop area that gives guests more options of where to sit.

But there is a machinery outside the window in the building that turns on every hour or so and it is SO LOUD that you will jump from your bed. I don’t know what this machinery is for but it is really scary

The security guard was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and affordable. Perfect for a short stay.

Unfortunately there's no air circulation, specially at night. There's a fan but it's really unstable so we had to turn it off.

Buenos lofts

Me gustó mucho la habitación, la ubicación y las instalaciones que ofrece. Ambiente muy tranquilo. Me agradó que las habitaciones están equipadas para poder preparar alimentos en ellas y que aún así tienes la opción de bajar a la cafetería a desayunar. A dos cuadras tienes la opción de tomar el metro bus así como tomar el metro a unas cuadras más. Disfruté la alberca.

Que no había TV, que el clóset no tenía donde colgar la ropa, que la lámpara de mesa no contaba con foco.

El lugar estaba acondicionado para cocinar y estaba limpio cuando llegamos.

No nos realizaron limpieza en toda la semana que estuvimos, nos indicaron que el servicio de limpieza se debía cancelar por aparte. Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina básicos.

Lo único que nos gusto fue que a dos locales del hotel hay un sitio para desayunar agradable

No nos gusto el sector, es peligroso después de las 8 de la noche, en esa zona hay trabajadoras sexuales, la habitación no tenia televisor, el wifi no tiene buena señal, se escuchaba la música del local que esta al lado del hotel durante la noche, en el baño siempre se sale el agua de la ducha porque hay una cortina que no cubre bien el borde, no nos gusto la cama pegada a la pared y no tenia un mueble para colocar la ropa, no lo recomiendo para varias noches, de pronto para una noche o de paso
