New modern studio apartment near to City Centre

It was nice and clean with great storage space. We were left some snacks and essentials by the owner which was nice. I had forgotten to pack my hair straighteners so was glad to have some there to use. In walking distance of cathedral and town centre. It was a quiet street, with nearby free parking just a 5 mins walk away. Easy check in and check out process. There were nice towels and everything you needed for a nice stay in Salisbury. Powerful electric shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Good washing machine to freshen up any laundry during your stay . Opposite the Rose and Crown pub for food and drink, there is an off licence at the end of the road too.

The bathroom sink was a little small for having a good wash or brushing your teeth. The shower gel provided was not much for our stay so had to water it down to last us. I could have asked for more but didn't want to disturb for a trivial matter.

I came down for work (my wife came too) and we spent a couple of extra days to enjoy the city. This place is an amazing find. It is a real home from home. The space is very well thought out. Whoever designed it and kitted it out is very good at what they do. It has everything that you need for your stay. There is nothing that has not been considered. The communication was excellent and responsive. The arrangements were therefore made easy. There is no parking at the property but that is really no problem at all. The road is quiet and there is a bus stop directly opposite - so we pulled up there, took our luggage into the e premises and took the car to the free parking in a nearby road. I timed the walk - 3 minutes from car to front door. It is an easy and convenient location for the city and all the attractions and amenities. I stay in Salisbury around 6 times a year for work - I will definitely make this my first choice in future if it is available.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Everything was new or in very good condition. The location is nice and safe.

All was good. Our visit was during a heatwave so there is no AC… but that’s to be expected in England. The window shades are good, though not complete black-out.

Overall a fantastic stay, host was incredibly helpful and facilities were everything we needed. Great location and very easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

Had a bit of trouble with the door but was a quick fix once the host was contacted.
