Cathedral View

We chose the property heavily influenced by its location and were delighted to find it so well appointed and comfortable on top of the benefit of its proximity to the cathedral. The sofas were rather a cause for hilarity, and the squeaky chair, but we enjoyed our time and were able to relax in the lounge. The dining room plus piano was a great space and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. A tall person would have to take good care if using the 2nd floor bedroom, but both first floor rooms were great, with fully accesible wardrobe space in the main bedroom. Bathroom was very clean and functionally good. Also fans had been provided which was so welcome considering the heat this year.

It's not a 'didn't like', as the place was quirky anyway, but it wouldn't do to have too much to drink as there are a lot of changes of level upstairs tofall over, and only the one toilet. This didn't happen to bother any of us, but just a heads up depending on your reasons for looking for temporary accommodation!

Very good location, cathedral and city centre nearby. Good parking spot on the street in front of the property. Well equipped kitchen. Very good shower.

Very warm inside, no AC or fans available unfortunately. Could use another small WC or toilet downstairs.
