Fantastic

The property was modern and very clean and comfy. It was very well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could require, a very clean fridge/ freezer and modern kettle/toaster

The shower worked very well and although the bathroom had been set out well with the space available we felt the shower, though adequate was very small

I don't jest it's the best

Great location, easy walk to the cathedral and the city. Well presented, clean, and loved all the extras. Hosts make uou feel very welcome. Perfect for us having a washing machine, too. Easy checkin once I realized what unit I was in. I would highly recommend.

A very comfortable and beautifully decorated studio, I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back.

The studio is beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped and there's great attention to detail. It is located in a quiet part of Salisbury, but in walking distance to the cathedral. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back again next year.

Great location and comfortable studio

Great location 10 min lovely walk to the cathedral. Spotless and very well organised in particular the kitchen. Loved the spacious fridge and the Nespresso machine. Quiet in the evenings.

Overlooked by passing people on the street so needed to have the blinds down which cuts the light The shower design would work if there was underfloor heating as it is the floor takes a while to dry

I stayed at this Airbnb for three nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—if not better. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly welcoming and cozy. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Communication was smooth, check-in was a breeze, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made the place feel extra special. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. The location was fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to see and do. Whether I was relaxing in the space or heading out to explore, it felt like the perfect home base. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great host. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Delightful modern apartment in a nice location

Delightful modern ground floor studio apartment, nicely appointed with some thoughtful design features (I especially liked the underfloor heating in the en-suite). The location was quiet and a nice 10 minute walk to the Cathedral Close and onward to the city centre shops and cafés. I’d definitely stay here again.

Modern, well designed, convenient.It is a good base for exploring Salisbury if you are going to be out most of the time.

Very well designed, clean and thoughtfully provisioned. Easy walking to cathedral close and town centre. Nice that milk, tea etc provided. Very convenient.

Only thing that needs attention, a leak where the shower hose joins the shower head. Not entirely happy, as a single woman, that the door opens directly onto the road. It would be possible to fit an inner door and make an entrance lobby.

The whole process was amazing. Needed to stay in the area another night and the host was very accommodating. Lively little touch bottle of wine and snacks on arrival. Great location 100% will be returning and would recommend to any one after a nice cosy stay.

Superb studio apartment!

A mini home from home, everything you could possibly need including a fully functional kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Ideal location for cathedral (5min walk) and the town center. Spotlessly clean and well priced for Salisbury. Definitely would recommend.

Parking maybe a problem to some but the host did provide a free parking space at a friend's house 5 mins walk away. The host did point this out in the advertisement and it was not a problem for us.

Very happy with our stay and would recommend the property . The owner was extremely helpful and courteous.

spotlessly clean, well equipped , very comfortable bed and excellent location.Although no parking facilities due to double yellow lines outside the property,the owner ensured we had secure parking at a nearby hotel.

An extra chair would have been good, and found the washbasin a bit small but we appreciate that space was limited.

It was a delight staying in a brand new studio with excellent facilities and situated in a beautiful part of Salisbury

Lots to like about the property: 1) tastefully furnished and decorated 2) extremely well equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, range hood, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, espresso maker, toaster, microwave, etc etc - all new and extremely clean 3) washing machine/ dryer combo - very convenient 4) olive oil, salt and pepper, laundry detergent, ample kitchen towel, dishwashing tablets - very thoughtful indeed! 5) lovely welcome pack consisting of bottle of wine, snacks 6) very comfortable bed and luxurious linen - all very new and clean ! 7) heated floor in the bathroom and a warm small towel rack 8) consistent and adjustable heating throughout 9) very conveniently situated in Salisbury (minutes on foot to the cathedral and shops in the centre of town) and in a beautiful location near a tranquil waterway 10) everything was new and very clean!

A very minor point - the water pressure was weak in the shower. Would suggest using eco mode in order to get consistent shower temperature. And a the basin in the bathroom was small - easy to make a splash.
