mooi gerenoveerd appartement, met 2 leuke terassen , wat toch wel moeilijk te vinden is in Ferenze. Uitzicht op de koepel en die ligt dan ook maar op 8 minuten wandelen. 2 badkamer en dus ook 2 toiletten, heel licht appartement met veel ramen. Volledig ingerichte keuken, dus als je zelf iets klein wil koken, het kan. Wij hadden een electriciteitspanne de voorlaatste dag en dan hebben ze voor ons nog een ander appartement geregeld. Goede communicatie

Appartement ligt op het 3de verdiep want toch wel een stevige klim is in een minder aangename traphal. Waterdruk kan beter. De mooie douches mogen een betere straal geven. Alhoewel de electriciteitspanne goed werd opgelost, heeft dit ons toch wat extra tijd en zorgen gegeven.

Clean, and well appointed.

There was no hot water for the first 21 hours. It was repaired, but management refused to reimburse for that day. It was the day of our arrival and the next half of the day…critical for washing the travel off of you! Management will say, here, that they fixed as soon as they could find someone given the late night notice they received. I notified them 11pm, no one showed up until 13:00 the next day. Too long to wait for a shower after dragging suitcases through the streets. They say they are not responsible for reimbursing one day rental fee because they did fix the problem. Not the point, we had NO hot water. Exhausted arguing with them (and they were very polite). My point is that night one of our three night rental the apt was not functioning properly, not what we contracted for. PERIOD. Nice place, but if you have a problem…deaf ears.
