This lovely 3rd floor apartment has been finished to a high standard, featuring comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The large windows bathe the property in light and offer pleasant views out across the rooftops. The open plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table and a comfortable sofa and smart TV. The cosy double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

The Shay Stadium, home to Halifax Town FC is just 10 minutes walk away. Also within 10 minutes walk or a short taxi ride is Halifax Train Station.
