Located right on the beautiful Binzer Strand, this villa—built in 1896 and renovated after German reunification—features the typical architectural style of Binzer seaside resorts. Villa Agnes is situated at the quiet end of the Binz beach promenade (known as “Fischerstrand”), right next to the Granitz forests and at the entrance to the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. A magnificent panorama unfolds here: The view sweeps over Binz and the entire bay, the Prorer Wiek, all the way to Saßnitz and the chalk cliffs of Stubnitz. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the pier and the center of Binz, with its many restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. You can relax by hiking or taking walks in the Granitz forests, at Schmachter Lake, or along the approximately 4-kilometer-long beach promenade all the way to Prora.

You can expect exclusively furnished two-room apartments with a parking space at the building; a shower and toilet, TV/DVD, stereo system, dryer, and washing machine are at your disposal. Wi-Fi available.

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night plus a €25 pet cleaning fee per booking), but with the following restrictions:

- Max. 1 pet per apartment

- House-trained & well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in bed)

- Child-friendly

This 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for up to 2 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old). Apartment with a side view of the sea.

A spacious living area with comfortable sofas, a TV with a DVD player, a stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle). The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Free Wi-Fi is available. A parking space is included with the apartment and is located behind Villa Agnes.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
