The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is a beautiful villa built in the resort style in 2002. The design took into account the charm of the well-known historic resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (known as the “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly unique—as you can see from the small photo gallery. Right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!!!
Stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments await you.
Some of the apartments feature a stunning, partially unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washer and dryer available for a fee in the basement, an elevator, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
Apartment 15:
This 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a balcony with a direct view of the sea.
This cozy 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation with approximately 47 m² of living space. This non-smoking apartment features a large, furnished balcony with a direct view of the Baltic Sea, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom—ideal for enjoying the fresh sea air first thing in the morning.
