Its peaceful location at the beginning of the beach promenade, nestled directly between the forest, the beach, and the sea, is truly unparalleled.
You’ll find stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments, with a balcony offering a direct view of the sea or a south-facing balcony overlooking the Granitz Forest, a parking space at the building, a washer and dryer for a fee, and a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. There is an elevator in the Seeschloss, allowing you to reach the apartments in complete comfort.

The vacation apartment is located in a quiet area of the beach promenade in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, right on Fischerstrand.

Just a short walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, this charming loft apartment in the attic. With 55 m² of space, it combines cozy living comfort with a unique layout spread over two levels, offering the perfect retreat for relaxing days by the sea.
The lovingly furnished apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and is perfect for relaxing evenings with family or friends. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and a small selection of books, and thanks to free Wi-Fi, you’ll stay well-connected even while on vacation. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the idyllic Granitz Forest—a wonderful spot for breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening sun.
The open-concept kitchen is bright and fully equipped. A ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are all on hand to help you whip up delicious meals. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying meals and chatting in good company.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a small closet. The loft features another sleeping area with a double bed and a closet that offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
