The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz is a beautiful villa built in the resort style in 2002. The design took into account the charm of the well-known historic resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (known as the “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly unique—as you can see from the small photo gallery. Right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!!!

Some of the apartments feature a stunning, in some cases unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washer and dryer in the basement (for a fee), an elevator, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
