The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is a beautiful villa built in the resort style in 2002. The design took into account the charm of the well-known historic resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (known as the “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly unique—as you can see from the small photo gallery. Right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!!!
You’ll find stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments.
Some of the apartments feature a stunning, partially unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washer and dryer available for a fee in the basement, an elevator, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night plus a €25 pet cleaning fee per booking), but with the following restrictions:
- Max. 1 pet per apartment
- House-trained & well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
- Child-friendly

This 2-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level and accommodates up to 2 people. The apartment features a balcony with a direct view of the sea.
This tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level. The apartment is approximately 49 m² in size, and pets are welcome. The apartment features a furnished balcony with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and a large, comfortable seating area. The dining area seats up to 4 people, and free Wi-Fi is also available. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, and other useful appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. The bathroom features a corner shower. A hair dryer is also provided.
During the summer months, a beach chair is available for your use. A parking space is included free of charge with the apartment.
