About this apartment rental
The aparthotel is idyllically situated right on Binz Beach, just in front of the Granitz forest. The sandy beach is only about 30 meters away. Enjoy the sunrise over the Baltic Sea right from your apartment. Just 350 meters away is the Binz pier as well as the town center, with its many restaurants, shops, and cafes. The Granitz forest area, with its hiking trails, lies directly behind the aparthotel.
In the aparthotel, you can use a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement. You can store your bicycles in the bike room (shared use).
Towels and bed linens are not included in the rental price; these can be booked in advance.
The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.
Apartment 8:
Our cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment measures 39 square meters, accommodates up to 3 people, and is located on the 1st floor of the aparthotel in a prominent location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz.
Through the entryway—which leads to the naturally lit shower room and kitchenette—you’ll pass through the open-concept bedroom to reach the living area with dining space and the spacious balcony offering a stunning view of the sea, where you can enjoy the enchanting sunrise over the Baltic Sea.
In the cozy living area with a TV, you can relax after a wonderful day of vacation and enjoy the exclusive view across the Baltic Sea to the pier from the adjoining balcony. Here, a sleeper sofa (160 x 200) is available for an additional guest, and a cozy dining area rounds out the furnishings.
The bedroom is furnished with an extra-large double bed (200 x 200).
The fully equipped kitchenette features a stove with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.
In addition, a parking space directly at the property and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
In the basement, you can use coin-operated washing machines and dryers (for a fee) as well as the bike storage room (shared use). There is an elevator in the building.
The aparthotel is located near the Müther Tower, right on the beach promenade, and offers everything you need for a peaceful vacation.
