Great overall accommodation in Cervinia

Great property for a ski trip in Cervinia. The view from balcony was amazing. The property had a parking garage and ski lockers. It's close to 16bis slope which gets you near the lift to Plain Maison. Parking space is pretty narrow, thus bigger cars (SUVs) might have problems using it.

Ski lockers would have been nice if they were heated or ventilated in order to try the ski boots.

Disappointing - spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!

The view was beautiful, and it was great to have a kitchen for cooking meals. The property was clean and tidy inside.

We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. The self-check-in process was complicated and not user-friendly. There were no signs on the property from the street, and the location on the map took us to the wrong place. The "property manager" sent numerous photos and confusing instructions, making it far more difficult than necessary to find the property. The Wi-Fi was terrible—so slow that we could barely load Google Maps to find nearby restaurants. Additionally, there was no Netflix as advertised. The building itself is quite old, and we often encountered an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. We also had to deal with constant noise from neighboring units that went on into the early morning hours, which made it hard to relax. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for our five-day stay and just four coffee pods for two people. We were told we had to buy more ourselves, as it was considered "our responsibility," which was disappointing given the price we paid. The property manager wasn’t very welcoming and made for a stressful stay and the location was quite far from town, situated on a steep hill—something to keep in mind if you're carrying skis or other gear.

la situation de l'immeuble, un peu a l'ecart du centre tres dense , dans les arbres et la vegetation la refection de l'appart propre , fonctionnel

la date de construction de l'immeuble :isolation nulle (bruit chasse d'eau ,robinet, musique des voisins ,chiens dans les appartements et balcons : cela en juillet en periode hivernalle ! nous aurions souhaite des transats sur le balcon et un lampadaire a cote du canape, un peu cher pour juillet et le confort

Comoda la posizione dalle piste anche se c’è da camminare un pochetto per arrivarci. Vista stupenda dal balcone.
