Very nice apartment... very far from town and ski in/out is not ideal

Clean, spacious studio with excellent views of valley. Very nice furnishings (the pine is nicer than it looks in the photos!). Really nice ensuite with a great shower and a fully functioning kitchenette with appliances and plenty of crockery and utensils. Towels, bed clothes, parking (if there is a space- caroark is tiny) and a ski locker included. There is a couple of nice restaurants close to apartment. Owner very available on watsapp.

Double bed is a pullout and mattress is not very comfortable. Sound proofing is poor and there can be a lot of noise from the hall. The building i.e. hallways and very large common areas are very drab. Common areas could be great but completely unused. We came for skiing- while it is ski in ski out the approx. 500 metre connector to the lifts is not easy or nice due to tightness and not sure how well groomed. The only way back to apartment is one tough enough, very long red which for amateur skiers is daunting and a member of our party refused to do again after 1st day. Apartment is very uphill from town. Buses not well advertised or consistent and very few taxis around, so only went into town for apres twice. Walk home is a 20/30 minute lung buster!

Cozy apartment with amazing views.

The apartment building is great and had good facilities. The apartment is comfortable and the views are amazing. You can ski down the hill to the center. We had a car so the transportation is easy. If not there is a bus. The apartment is clean. The kitchen is well equipped.

It is a bit out of town, so you have to drive down to the supermarket. It wasn’t an issue because we had a rental car.

A cosy, fun, and relaxing experience at Cervinia Sky and Ski!

The room was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location, right above the slopes. The host left us some biscuits, tea, and coffee, and was readily available to answer questions. Two friends joined us on the last two days and it was easy to organise their arrival and get extra bedding and towels.

The separate beds with separate bedding make it a bit tricky for couples to sleep in.

Perfect place to stay for a ski holiday!

it is a perfect place to stay for a ski holiday! everything you might need is available and if good quality. location is directly to the piste, so real ski-in/ski-out experience. Was also very clean.

Good skiing

Excellent views from the apartment and easy access to one ski run. We liked the 15 minute walk to and from town but I'm sure others wouldn't. There were some good restaurants in Cervinia although more expensive than a recent trip to Sauze d'Oulx.

The apartment was suitable for 3 but would have been very squashed for 4. There is a lack of storage for clothing in the apartment if 4 people were there. Fortunately there were only 3 of us. The phone given for Mr Bessi did not work however we eventually found him in the building. He didn't speak any english and our italian is limited.

Nice flat, ok location

The house keeper met me at the property and gave the keys. Nicely equipped flat for a couple or two couples, little less comfortable for couple with two kids, but we've managed. Great view from the balcony, ski in/out, but not too useful, since you have to walk to the lifts after you go down the slope from the flat.

The property wasn't ready when we got there, had to wait half an hour, even though we arrived around 4 PM and informed the host about it. The house keeper doesn't speak English, was challenging to communicate, but worked over Whatsup

L'appartamento è delizioso, accogliente, con un bellissimo balconcino affacciato sulle montagne. Spazioso. Angolo cottura dotato di tutto il necessario, bagno con doccia molto grande.

Non pulitissimo, c'erano delle briciole in cucina appena arrivati. Letto scomodo. Vengono lasciate delle lenzuola per rifare il letto, ma troppo piccole per un letto matrimoniale, anche vecchiotte. Sarebbe allora più gradito un lenzuolo con angoli per tenere insieme i due materassi singoli e dei sacchi per piumino, come sempre trovato in tutti gli appartamenti di montagna in cui ho soggiornato. La casa è piuttosto fredda, abbiamo dovuto mettere diversi plaid, purtroppo abbastanza polverosi, presi in un armadio. Consiglio di portare una buona fornitura antistaminico agli allergici all'acaro della polvere...

Appartamento molto bello, in posizione eccellente con vista molto panoramica; dotato di tutti i comfort, molto pulito e molto funzionale. L'Host Giorgia ha fornito in maniera dettagliata tutte le indicazioni e sempre pronta per chiarimenti/richieste.

Ski in- ski out, departamento bien equipado!

El departamento es comodo, ski in-ski out, un poco alejado del centro de Cervinia pero rapido para ir en auto. La internet del departamento es muy lenta, no apropiada para tener reuniones laborales, las toallas son muy viejas. El departamento esta muy bien equipado, no nos falto nada. Cuidado con el laundry, despues de las 10pm se traba el lavarropas y no se puede quitar la ropa hasta las 8am!

Locația este excelentă,aproape de pârtii, am fost tratați de către gazdă cu cea mai mare atenție,ne-a asigurat toate lucrurile mărunte(cafea,ceai,ulei,zahăr,etc)
