The apartment was well equipped and warm. It was spacious and there was good storage for two people. Nice balcony with lovely views. Ski hire, lift pass purchase and direct access to slopes underneath the apartments across the road. The ski shop will store your equipment for a fee. The two man chair lift takes you up to what is graded a black run to get down into the village to the main gondola. However, it is an easy black run. If you are a competent skier on red runs you will manage this easily. It is well groomed and actually there are steeper red runs throughout the resort. You can also ski back to the ski shop in the evening. Ask the guys in the ski hire shop to show you which run to take home on the map. There are also a couple of restaurants there which served nice food and one of them had a small shop from which you could purchase basics and order fresh bread for the following day. Every morning they had fresh croissants for sale. The other one is also a pub. A bus to and from the village stops right outside the apartment on the main road. It is not a ski bus so you cannot bring skis and the price is not included in your lift pass. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the village but it is a steep walk back up and as the air is thin it is quite a climb. We found the best way to contact the owner was using WhatSapp. He responded quickly.
I agree with what others have said in their reviews. This is not one bed apartment it is a studio albeit a large studio. It does not have a separate bedroom. It has two couches one of which was already made into a double bed when we arrived and the other a single bed. The bed is quite comfortable. Therefore the description is misleading. Also no sheets or towels are provided and there were no instructions from the owner as to how to get sheets and towels nor any offer to supply these at a cost in the communications we had before arrival. Considering that this is not a cheap apartment I think sheets should be included in the price. There were no instructions in the apartment regarding using the appliances, what the Wifi password was or any information regarding a ski locker or any other helpful information. I asked the owner about a ski locker but didn't get a reply. We have a roaming package on our phones so we didn't ask about wifi.

I thought the apartment was very clean and had a fabulous bathroom. Good sized apartment and well appointed. Easy to access and in a good position for our ski trip. The host was very helpful. The place was well heated and lovely balcony as well.
My only two things that could have made it an even better stay. There was no clear access to the internet. The bed was actually a sofa bed which was comfortable but not as comfortable as a bed, and personally I like a couple of pillows rather than one. All that being said I would book this apartment again, very good quality.

Location, 2 minutes car drive from Brauil-Cervinia, even though you might need a car if you are skiing. Utilities in the kitchen and they live food like pasta and coffee capsules from previous guesses.
The owners didn’t pay much attention to booking.com. They were very responsive and nice via Whastapp though. I think if they automate a message saying so it would help. They should also update the booking description. This is not a one bedroom apartment but a studio. 2 beds is correct (being one the sofa bed) but it might mislead people that want to have separate spaces to sleep.

Nice renovated bathroom. Beautiful view from balcony. Good location.
The address on the confirmation didn’t match the actual location. It took us 1 hour to find it. It was advertised as one bedroom and it was one room with a pullout sofa and a couch. Not what I expected.
