Location. It was situated all but a 6 minute walk to a ski lift. Restaurants and stores in area so no reason to take the drive or half hour walk to main town if not wanted. There is also a connecting ski slope down to main town. Just need to be careful to ski back down to the correct ski lift at end of day if not you will be a half hour walk uphill from the main town of cervinia. As far as value, one must take into account that all things in this area have inflated pricing due to nature of venue, but realize you are paying for location (relative to ski lifts).

Small. For one person is fine which I was, but with multiple people in the room would be tight and people walking over each other and there is limited storage space for your ski clothes. The fixtures/appliances were fine, but the shower head lacked pressure.

Vista eccezionale su Cervino e parcheggio comodo. alloggio accogliente e pulito in struttura ordinata e ben tenuta con facilities di buon livello.

Potersi sedere solo sulle sedie ma lo spazio è comunque ben sfruttato.
