The location, a walking distance to everything, the pool, the space.
The place is in front of noisy bar la sala de despecho that closes til 3am and makes hard to sleep even with earplugs.

Bellissima casa curata nel minimo dettaglio, la piscina sul tetto meravigliosa! Dispone di ogni comodità e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. Posizione centralissima in una zona super turistica e sicura. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il letto davvero comodo
Essendo appunto molto centrale la sera é parecchio rumoroso per via dei locali sottostanti. Consiglio magari dei doppi vetri che possano isolare meglio. Non c’erano abbastanza forchette per tutti gli ospiti😅

The property was in a great location, literally in the center of everything. Restaurants were a matter of feet away, bars, and only a couple blocks from the beach. The home was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect place to start the morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean.
The noise mentioned in other comments is definitely a thing, you’re directly across from a karaoke type bar. We used a white noise app on our phones and that helped tremendously.

Very clean, reliable!! I love everything about the apartment , has everything you need for your stay !!!
Personally, I love everything is fine, nothing bothers me!!! I will comeback definitely 💯 But my roommate suffers from insomnia and the noise doesn't let her rest comfortably because it is located in front of a bar on Fifth Avenue and the music is very loud at 2 am. Also to many stairs not good for old people no wheelchair access
