Everything was excellent. The place was very clean, well organized, and well maintained. The owner and the service staff were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful — you could really feel that they cared. The location is perfect, one of the best in Playa del Carmen, close to the beach and everything you need, yet quiet and relaxing.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything worked perfectly and the stay was great from start to finish.
