We 4 stayed in December. Everything was functional; the beds were comfortable; the Wi-Fi was pretty fast and stable; the 3-bedroom unit was convenient and somewhat fancy with its levels; and the location and communication with the host were great. It was our second stay at the property, and we would be happy to stay there again.
Well, some kitchenware was rather worn. The tall stools were usable but not comfortable for prolonged sitting; if you need to use the table for computer work, try to ask for a better chair or consider a 2-bedroom unit: it seems to fit better for this type of use.

L'emplacement proche de la 5e avenue et de la plage, sans en subir les nuisances sonores. Appartement confortable, bien decoré et bien équipé avec une cuisine fonctionnelle.Les lits sont confortables.
L'isolation, on entend les voisins du dessus qui marchent et parlent, mais ils étaient rarement là. Le manque d'information pour gérer nos dechets ( containers extérieurs, tri...)

La ubicación el espacio y la comodidad del espacio del departamento.
Sugiero renovar las duchas y poner una ventilación en la habitación qué no tiene ventana.
