The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. Ours had a dishwasher as well. It was the little touches like soaps and body products that we appreciated The location was great for us with lots of parking available. The reception was manned at all times which was great and when we had to phone before hand the phone was answered and the lady was very helpful.
The mattresses were very hard and not comfortable. The sofa was really uncomfortable as well unfortunately and very low down for my disabled mum.

There was a reception desk, which made picking up the keys very easy. The staff was friendly. The location is good, but we had a car so we were able to get around easily. Not sure how it would have worked for public transit.
The kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, and not very well-stocked (i.e., no cutting knives, no coffee maker or filter system). There were a few things missing (i.e., lamp shades on the overhead lights, trash bins in the bathroom) and the decor was limited. Not deal breakers, but not the standard we have experienced in other B&Bs in the UK.

Clean and got everything you need in it
Sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on! And with three of us it wasn’t easy to be comfortable. Blinds broken and window ill fitting, and shower which is part of the bath wasn’t working
