Lovely apartments with everything you need

Really lovely friendly staff, amazing clean 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment with kitchen and everything we needed, pots and pans etc as well, plus some tea and coffee and little milk pots. Great value for money.

The only thing was that our TV didn't seem to be working, we switched it on and flicked between the channels but none of them were working. This wasn't really an issue though as we were only there for one night!

We would stay again

Good- Nice modern spacious apartment, comfy bed, smart tv in living area we were expecting a sofa instead of 2 small chairs but thats fine, good working appliances, most of the apartment was clean, couldn’t hear any traffic noise or neighbours/people above which was a plus

Bad - Bedside tables and lamps were covered in thick dust, was cobwebs and spiders in top corner of living room, tap in the bathroom was very loose and the radiators were quite hard to work and squealed all night long

Convenient but won't stay again

The apartment was spacious and clean, the reception staff were friendly and the location was ideal for my needs. Parking was ample and there was a lift to go to the upper floor with heavy luggage. I assume this building used to be a large office block judging by its design and layout.

The electric heaters were all faulty in so much as they squeaked constantly. I reported this to reception and they were already aware but trying to get the manufacturer to accept responsibility. On a cold January night I had no option but to keep a few on but they were so irritating and it spoiled my stay. Also, the furniture is poor quality, cutlery cheap and there was a used sponge left to wash dishes. Finally the electric shower gave, at best, a warm flow of water and I prefer a hot shower.

Great location, excellent set up as so nice to have all the facilities of a home instead of a hotel for a lengthy stay.

No mirrors in bedrooms and no plug points even close to the bathroom to do hair etc. Also, when the hairdryers get to end of life, please replace with longer corded ones. Very hard to use in plug points low to the ground as too tightly coiled.

Everything was great 👍👍👍 The heating is super warm and it worked well. The location is just off the highway very easy to find. The room is super clean and newly renovated very new.

When i entered the room ,there was something on the floor(a snack bag left on the second floor by the door corner). I picked it up and put it in the rubbish bin Hopefully its just cleaners didnt notice that not the cleaning problem.

The best apartment to come back to after work

Stayed for 3 weeks! It was so clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The girls on the front desk are so kind! Beds were comfy and the showers were great!

Fine except noisy heating

Have stayed here before and loved it but this time we had living room and one bedroom heater that kept clicking/squeaking so had to be turned off during the night meaning the room was freezing and I got absolutely no sleep. No other issues except two heaters which just ruined it for me

Good location. Apartment was clean. Bedding and linen were good quality. Hot water.

In our bedroom there was a vent or an extractor which made a constant hum which made it difficult to fall asleep. Also there was an internal window between the bedroom and lounge. So it wasn't very private.

Perfect for us

Tany was soooo lovely. She managed to assign us to a room that wasn't used the night before which allowed us to check in a bit earlier which we were so grateful for.😊 Free parking too. Such a peaceful place to stay. Only 10 mins from Peterborough FC which was the reason we came.

The bathroom was though the main bedroom, so the person sleeping in the second bedroom downstairs had to go through other people’s sleeping area to get to the toilet. Fine if you’re a family travelling together, but if you’re not, that’s a bit awkward, and wasn’t made clear on the description.

Bed I upstairs bedroom was a great size as was bedroom But mattress was very hard and did affect nights sleep but bear in mind this is a personal thing and others may love it It would not stop me returning

I’ve visited a couple of times and i think the upkeep has continued to go down. It’s not as clean. The en-suite bedroom shower drain was clogged with hairs has to use the main to shower. Also marking of killed spiders and flies were still on the wall, something that easily could have been cleaned.
