Abeer and Austin are extremely welcoming. We felt like we were amongst friends.
The location is very walkable to Luxor Temple and many restaurants/shops.

The Aeer Guest House was a remarkable value…we had a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath, although some of the rooms are smaller. Don’t expect luxury, but if you want comfortable cozy accommodation at a reasonable price, this is an excellent choice. Friendly proprietor and staff, comfy beds, excellent meals. We had supper there (1 vegetable platter and one chicken dish) that were large and delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The staff offer free Egyptian dancing in the evening, but we were too tired to attend. The property is an easy walk to the Luxor Temple. Excellent wifi.
Shower head was funky. Bedroom lighting was low. And meals are up 6 flights, so you will get exercise.
