The staff were very cooperative. They gave their bike for me to go around and draw money. Swimming pool is excellent. Place is very cosy and comfortable. Saath was very cooperative. Spa was also very good

Taking ferry from this hotel is a short walk and convenience.
During Dec, this place is cold at night and morning.
We were allocated on the 4th floor and walking up and down was quite tiring. So, once we were in the room, we hardly come down to the lobby or their garden and swimming pool to relax.
They have nice garden and a great swimming pool.
We saw some strands of hairs in the shower cubicle that were left over from previous guests. The cover for the heater inside the bath room should be fixed properly to prevent moisture accumulating and causing electric short circuit which could be safety concerns.
There is no electric kettle in the room and we need to collect the hot water from their dining hall.
Nice breakfast and meals at the hotel although pricing is on the high side as the hotel staff claimed that they prepared the food fresh and took more time than needed.
Early morning calls were caused by the donkey cries.
