Loved how chill it was!! Pool, few people, no hassle outside

A bit outdated facilities, noisy AC

The staff were attentive, respectful, and ready to help. The room with a pool view and balcony was so nice and better than those to the other side. The pool is nice. The shower is good, and the towels were clean. Breakfast is good. For the amount you pay all of the obove is good.

Nothing... again, it's a great value for money. Remember that staying at this place means you're at the western side of the river with very limited sources of food and fun but you're very very close to main tourist attractions like the valley of the kings, the temple of hatshepsut and the tombs of the nobels...etc. and the western part is calmer and less touristy if you prefer that like I do.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in April. The property is beautiful, the pool is clean, the food is excellent, and the rooms are well equipped and maintained. The location is fantastic. You can reach the Valley of the Kings quickly and conveniently by taxi, and the East Bank is easily accessible by ferry or private boat. What truly stands out is the service. The manager is always available to answer any questions, Said (hotel security and bellman) is very friendly and attentive, and the service in the café/restaurant (especially Mahmoud H.!) is exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel!

Old hotel with character, clean and well kept. Good breakfast (eggs and falafel). Good swimming pool. Safe neighborhood but relatively limited options of restaurants in comparison with east bank. Extremely good value.

Communication in English sometimes challenging during breakfast.
