Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Bahn und Bus in der Nähe

Einige Dinge müssen repariert werden wie Duschstange und Duschwand ( nicht dicht ) Das Bad steht so schnell unter Wasser !!

The location was absolutely fantastic and the decor was amazing whilst modernising but also retaining the authentic old Italian style

The only negative was the water supply I appreciate it’s an old building but the water temperature in bathing facilities were very unpredictable, also the en suite bathroom needs some work, leaks water terrible on the floor and you can see it’s damaging the door frame, maybe replace the shower screen with a curtain or a much bigger frame and the sealing around bath and tiles needs looked at

The bedrooms were large and spacious. A tiny balcony off the kitchen and off one of the bedrooms.

The location, there is no space in the living area to relax. Very difficult to find. Very small elevator.
