Breakfast voucher impossible to find ! But close to cafes so easy to find alternative.

Check in procedure requested by the italian authorities is very annoying especially if you are booking for someone else.

Great location. Apartment was clean.
There was only 14 Celsius degrees when we arrived at the apartment. Not a warm welcome :/ I’d appreciate if the landlord had turned the heat on before our arrival. It was getting warmer very slowly so first night was in extreme cold and we got cold. Another thing is breakfast! We got only one croissant and coffee. It is not a portion you expect when booking accommodation with breakfast included. Very poor breakfast!!! Last but not least, no shampoo or shower gel and soap was there. Another detail you expect to find in the bathroom nowadays. Overall we were quite disappointed.
