Top Lage, gute Anbindung an Nahverkehr, kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, ebenso viele Restaurants in Laufnähe.

Eher rudimentäre, kurze Schlüsselübergabe. Anfrage nach z.B. Reinigungsgeräten wie Besen/Kehrschaufel etc über WhatsApp blieben unbeantwortet. Eigentlich hübsches Apartment, aber Instandhaltung hat Luft nach oben. Türgriffe wackelig/fielen auseinander, Dusche schließt nicht komplett, keine oder verrostete und wackelige Handtuchhalter. Gardinen lassen sich kaum öffnen, da aus der Führung gerissen. Küchenausstattung eher spartanisch, aber knapp ausreichend (nur jeweils 6 Teller bei 7 Schlafplätzen; keine Putzlappen, kein Spülmittel, alte Pfannen, bei denen die Beschichtung abblättert etc; Kochmesser stumpf; Gefrierfach vorhanden, aber nur mit 1 Schublade mit gebrochener Front) Matratzen fleckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Nur ein Wohnungsschlüssel, der auch noch mit der Stromversorgung im Apartment gekoppelt ist. Problematisch, wenn man nicht das selbe Ausflugsziel hat.

Best choice for a stay near the Vatican, five minute walk to the Vatican, restaurants, markets, even a laundry. Safe neighborhood. Other Rome sites still walking distance or a reasonable cab ride, metro, or bus away. Two large bedrooms and one with bunk beds for children. Kitchen well furnished and dining table for 7 (We ate two dinner meals and breakfast.) Large comfortable living room with leather couch and artfully decorated throughout the apartment with a modern flare. Washer and rack for drying on the porch. Very quiet property. Great view of St. Peters.

Single key for apartment; did not understand how to control water temperature in master bath.

The location and the staff are kind,we were checked in well and the location is few minutes away from the vatican and Carefour supermarket.

The place needs some serious cleaning,we found the main bathroom with smell of urine,the beddings weren’t so clean and behind the washing machine was very dusty and some dirts.the toilets and showers aren’t so clean!
